I switch to Dr. Cochran 1.5 yr ago & am so happy that I did. I love the office staff & always have a breeze scheduling/paying for anything. My crown broke on sat AM & I called the emergency line. I initially went to Dr. Cochran for a second opinion and, as a result of my experience, stayed with him. His office staff is courteous, professional and friendly. The office itself is comfortable and pleasant. Most of all, Dr. Cochran is everything I was looking for in a dentist. He takes all the time necessary to answer my questions, thoroughly explained everything he was doing and laid out options for my care. My Daughter had been going here and has had great experiences. I was looking to go to someone closer to home. The communication from when I called to make an appoint, to follow up on forms, to check out was excellent! The greeting was so nice, everyone was so professional and friendly. The person doing the cleaning was very nice, gentle and thorough. It had been a long time since I had a cleaning and I had a great experience. Dr. Cochran came in to review, and the atmosphere is infectious in the office as he too was extremely nice, thorough and professional. They explained how things looked and I scheduled a future appointment there with ease. I highly recommend anyone to give them an opportunity. I was very impressed and would refer family and friends to them.
